About me
Jason Forman – William Lyon Mortgage President
Thank you for giving me the opportunity to share some of my work and personal experiences with you. I have been in the real estate lending industry since 1997 and I have personally originated and closed more than 2000 loans during my career.
I graduated from the University of Southern California in 1997 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Real Estate Finance. I have also held my Broker's License with the State of California Bureau of Real Estate since 2006; and have been a licensed Salesperson with the BRE since 1998.
I have been managing the mortgage relationship for William Lyon Homes since June 2008. In this role, I oversee all aspects of the mortgage process from loan origination to post closing. My team of 12 Senior Loan Originators have 10 or more years of builder lending experience.
We constantly do everything we can to ensure your lending experience meets your needs while exceeding your expectations. Customer Service is always a high priority and your experience is very important to my entire team. We are eager to assist you through the lending process. I've resided in Southern California since 1976 and I enjoy spending time with my amazing wife and our 2 little girls as well as playing some tennis and mountain biking.
